We can enjoy the spiritual feast of pool players from all over the world in the "Chinese Billiards Capital and World Billiards City" when the first World Billiards Celebrity Selection is unveiled and awarded in March 2024. It will significantly impact the history of global pool growth in China! Since the game of pool first began more than 600 years ago, many different competitions have developed, such as Chinese, American, snooker, and Russian, all of which have produced a number of exceptional players. 

All major sports in the world, including baseball, rugby, ice hockey, football, basketball, tennis, golf, baseball, and rugby, have halls of fame to honour individuals or groups who have made exceptional accomplishments and had a major influence on the sport. The Hall of Fame is a celebration of individual accomplishment and a sophisticated representation of sports culture, which is vital to the continued growth of sports and holds immense importance for their future.

In the past, initiatives like American and Snooker had their own Hall of Fame establishments. Xingpai has always aimed to dissolve borders across various locations and projects since its founding 37 years ago. For all Xingpai people, "to build a temple in China to commemorate and recognise outstanding contributors to the development of billiards worldwide" has come to mean something. 

In order to support the sustainable development of pool as the ultimate goal and to create a spiritual haven for pool players worldwide, the World Billiards Hall of Fame will work to establish a thorough and authoritative system of honour for pool, contribute to the historical transmission of international pool, highlight the development achievements of pool culture, actively promote pool culture, and increase pool's global influence.

In the past ten years, Star Card has maintained close and comprehensive communication with numerous intercontinental, national, and regional billiards organisations in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, North America, and Oceania. This communication has been made possible by the generous support of the Yushan County government, beginning in 2014. Many respected international organisations have responded to the initiative to construct a spiritual stronghold for pool players worldwide and have offered helpful recommendations.
